Balanced and factual

• We present comparisons fairly and avoid claiming one option is universally better.
• We do not invent statistics, prices, reviews, testimonials or supplier numbers.
• We distinguish between factual information and our own general guidance.

Handling information that changes

Terms, fees and product ranges change over time. Where we discuss a provider's current terms, we point readers to that provider's official website for the latest details rather than stating figures that may go out of date.

Corrections

If we get something wrong or out of date, we want to fix it. Please contact us with any corrections and we'll review them promptly.
